“Paul was very knowledgeable and professional at all times. We had a new boiler fitted and Paul and Mike left everything clean and tidy. We had issues with the heating which Paul inherited from previous heating. Mike came back a few times to get to the bottom of the issue. Paul and Mike eventually managed to get to the bottom of the problem (hot water tank) which had nothing to do with their work. The heating is working well and the radiators are now hot. Paul didn’t have to repair the issue. Paul offered a good price, which was £1000 cheaper than British Gas. We are needing a new bathroom in the future so will be back in touch with Paul.”
